Public Notice For The Record

As of May 5th, 2008, HeliOS Solutions will be restructuring our business model. In that this business works to support a charity - Komputers4Kids, this notice will legally serve to notify all concerned about said restructuring. It has come to light that a Registered 503(c)(3) exists by the name of "Computers For Kids" in Houston Texas. So as not to create confusion, we are making some changes that will alleviate any misunderstandings.

As of the date of this posting, we will no longer be taking any donations, financial or physical, under the name of Komputers4Kids. June 1st, 2008 will bring a new effort in it's place called "The HeliOS Project". This will take full place of Komputers4Kids and our scope will be much wider than simply building computers for disadvantaged children in the Austin Texas area. Please note that we will still need and accept donations during the transition but will not be able to legally issue letters of receipt for any donations during that period.
